Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

• We currently ship only within the United States.

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of lip products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or store credit if eligible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, 4n1liplinerpen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
